Some fun games that are free, but you have to download are

Street Challenge 3d- http://www.extremevelocity3d.com/default.aspx

Very fun and realistic drag game I used to play. I was banned on an account for cheating and setting up a bot program.....but as long as you don't do that you will be fine.

Nitto 1320 Legends- Nittolegends.com

Not as good as Street challenge, but easier to get into, and more social than street challenge. If you do play this, or end up playing, let me know and I can get you a decent car, I've got over a million dollars on one of my accounts and I never play.

Game that doesn't need a download

Drag Racer V3 -Just google it.

Very fun drag racing game, probably the only browser game worth playing.

Also, check the google play store if you have Chrome, there are some APP's you can playh on your computer.

Again, if you get onto Nitto, let me know, I can send you a good car and show you how to play, Nitto requiers a decent computer to run consitent bracket times.

Street challenge however, you don't need a fancy computer, and the game is more fun and interactive than nitto with how the cars act.

To be honest I don't really know any good online car games with no mandatory downloads that aren't 3DTuning or Stuner, amd the one I used to olay really isn't recommendable in its current state...

http://ferrari-virtual-race.en.softonic.com/ It's a download game but it's decent. Though if you're trying to play at work I guess that wouldn't help any :P
